A patient shall be able to consult the respective Consultant / Dr with a proper appointment that in terms will increase the patients’ convenience as it will decrease the waiting time to consult with the consultant. What are the OPD timings at Medigram Super Speciality Hospital?
The OPD is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Sundays only emergencies are seen. The emergency department is open 24×7.

What is the consultation fee?
A routine consultation is ₹800 for the first visit. The first revisit within 10 days is free; a revisit after 10 days, or a second revisit within 10 days, is ₹800. An emergency consultation is ₹1,200 during OPD hours and ₹1,500 off OPD hours (8 PM to 8 AM). Charges for super specialists/consultants may vary in certain specialties.
What are the visiting hours and attendant rules?
ICU visiting hours are 11:00–11:30 AM and 4:30–5:00 PM. For Economy, Private and Semi-Private rooms they are 12:00 noon–1:00 PM and 5:30–6:30 PM. One attendant may stay with the patient in all room categories; for paediatric patients up to 12 years of age, two attendant passes are issued. Not more than 2 attendants may visit, and children below 10 years are not allowed.

Medigram Super Speciality Hospital is empanelled with ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, Northern Railway, Reliance General Insurance, Star Health Insurance, Niva Bupa Health Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance, Medi Assist, Raksha TPA, Care Health Insurance, TATA AIG Insurance, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, ALSTOM, Ericson Healthcare and Power Grid Corporation of India.
Is Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) accepted?
Yes. PM-JAY / Ayushman cover is available for Cardiology, Urology, Laparoscopic & General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery.
What documents are needed for admission?
Bring original ID proof (Aadhaar card or driving licence), PAN card and your health insurance card if insured. Also bring details of the consultant's prescription covering any allergy to food or medicines and the medicines currently being taken, and an emergency/alternative mobile number of a close relative or friend.
Is outside food allowed?
No. Outside food is not allowed. The hospital's dietitians and in-house kitchen cater to patients' dietary needs, and attendants can order meals from the hospital canteen on a chargeable basis.
